Sakemirai is a rice that is drawing interest among sake lovers. It produces sakes with rich floral flavours. Using this rice & pure subsoil water from Orizume Basenkyo, a prefectural natural park in Iwate, this sake has a gorgeous floral aroma & notes of juicy fruit. Recommended to drink chilled 5-15°C, and pairs well with grilled fish & seafood dishes.
