A very modern style of Japanese Sake. Recommended to drink chilled 5-15°C. Highly aromatic sake with notes of pineapple, mango, banana & fruit candy. Juicy fruits prevail on the palate, yet it’s still refreshing light with a hint of minerality. CEL24 is a yeast only used in Kochi. Great for pairing with Western cuisine and grilled dishes.
